Accomodation details:

While I shall be away, you will have the almost whole house except my own bedroom starting from October 1, till March 30th 2011 full six months.

Accomodation is nesstled in the Ironbridge Gorge, just 120 yards from the Rover Severen, well above the flood plane. Dale End Park is across the road.

House is full of books and artworks for you to enjoy and broadband.

Available accomodation includes;
1 Bedroom on Ground floor and one large room in the attick.
office with broadband,
Good size Living, dinning,
Kitchen with fride-freezer, dishwasher etc
and bathroom with shower and spa bath, washing machine.

STUDIO SPACE

Part of the double garage with tools and small machines
Plus Drawing Board in the Chellet

Rent £600pm (Its approx 25% less than the market rent in this area, only to cover the cost of the flat I need to rent in Delhi.)

You will also be responsible for the following:

All utility bills, (depending upon your use)

Telepohone, Broadband (£17.50pm)

Small amount of garden upkeep
